Official Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR BOOKING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. SPONSOR The Freedom Finder Vacation Rentals 2-Night Getaway Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Freedom Finder Vacation Rentals, 250 East Jarrard Street, Suite C, Box 113, Cleveland, GA 30528 (“Sponsor”). 2. ELIGIBILITY The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least 25 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD The first Giveaway begins September 10, 2026 and ends March 10, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The winner will be selected on or about March 12, 2027. Freedom Finder Vacation Rentals generally intends to select two winners per year. Future entry periods and drawing dates will be announced separately and may be governed by updated Official Rules. 4. HOW TO ENTER Visit freedomfindervacationrentals.com and complete the giveaway entry form with your first name and a valid email address. Limit one entry per person and email address during the Giveaway period. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. No purchase or reservation is required to enter or win. 5. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS By entering, you agree to receive occasional emails from Freedom Finder Vacation Rentals, including Helen-area travel ideas, cabin availability, and direct-booking offers. You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not cancel an otherwise valid Giveaway entry. 6. PRIZE One winner will receive a two-consecutive-night stay at either Freedom Finder or Memory Maker near Helen, Georgia. The Sponsor will determine the available property in consultation with the winner. The prize includes the accommodation charge, standard cleaning fee, and required lodging taxes for the awarded stay. Approximate retail value is up to $1,000, depending on the property and selected dates. The prize does not include transportation, meals, pet fees, travel insurance, optional services, personal expenses, or charges resulting from damage or rule violations. 7. STAY RESTRICTIONS The stay is subject to availability and must be completed within 12 months after the winner accepts the prize. Holiday periods, Oktoberfest weekends, peak-demand dates, and other blackout dates determined by the Sponsor are excluded. The stay is subject to the selected property’s maximum occupancy, minimum-age requirement, rental agreement, house rules, pet policy, and security-hold requirements. The winner must be the primary guest and must stay at the property. Dates are not confirmed until approved in writing by the Sponsor. The prize has no cash value, is nontransferable, may not be sold, and cannot be combined with another offer. No cash substitution is permitted except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. 8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry and must respond within seven calendar days. The Sponsor may require confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of the rental agreement and prize terms. If the potential winner does not respond by the deadline, is ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. 9. TAXES The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting the prize. The Sponsor may request information or documentation required for tax reporting. 10. GENERAL CONDITIONS The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or abusive manner. If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it and select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected time, where lawful. 11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, agents, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law. Travel and lodging involve inherent risks. The winner and accompanying guests are responsible for their own conduct, safety, travel arrangements, and compliance with the rental agreement and property rules. 12. PUBLICITY Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and state of residence in connection with the Giveaway. Any additional use of photographs, video, testimonials, or other identifying content will require separate permission. 13. PRIVACY Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled according to the Freedom Finder Vacation Rentals Privacy Policy available at: https://freedomfindervacationrentals.com/privacy-policy 14. DISPUTES The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually in an appropriate court located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 15. WINNER INFORMATION After the winner has been confirmed, the winner’s first name and state may be made available upon written request sent to the Sponsor at the mailing address listed above.
